This is different from Arabica in terms of flavor, but also in characteristics and growing conditions. These beans are botanically known as Coffea Canephora, and are often considered to be less superior to Arabica. This is known for its high caffeine content and its ability to act as fillers to improve the taste of Blanc or weak tasting coffee.
